Clear as...

Those helpful people at Democracy International are campaigning for a referendum on the European Constitution. In their perfect world all the countries of Europe would vote on the same day. I have no problem with that, as it would stop the normal process of votes in the EU. First get the country most likely to vote yes, then the next to create a bandwagon of fear.

More helpful still is this . A one page diagram of the changes that the currently proposed Constitution. Quite the most baffling diagram I have seen since somebody tried to describe brownian motion to me at school.

The problem of course is that they should have waited until this weekend IGC thingy in Rome was finished. Everybody seems to want to change little bits so we shall see
